Psychic Readings' Bookings - Cancellation Terms

Cancellation Terms:

Your right to cancel
according to the EU Consumer Rights Directive valid from 13th June 2014

You have the right to cancel your purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract, i.e. your purchase date.

~ Regarding: purchasing services ~
(i.e. all our readings, time packages, counselling, written interpretations/reports etc.)

However no cancellation right exists:
If the service provider fully provided the service and only started providing the service
after the consumer confirmed that he/she loses the right to cancel the contract once the service has been provided.

Information to confirm the exclusion of your cancellation right:
We hereby inform you that with a booking at TimeForTalking
i) you have expressly agreed that we are permitted to perform your booked service
before the end of the usual cancellation period and
ii) you acknowledged in the booking procedure that you will fully lose your right to cancel
once the services has been provided to you.

I.e. you agree, that we are permitted to provide you with the booked service before the end of 14 days
and that you are aware that once the service has been provided your right to cancel is lost.

Please note:
Services can be cancelled by the consumer where the service has started within the usual cancellation period,
provided that the consumer pays for the proportion of services provided.

 

~ Regarding: purchasing digital content ~
(i.e. all our e-guides, e-books, courses/video seminars)

Consumers will have a right to withdraw from purchases of digitial content
but only up until the moment the downloading/accessing process begins.

Information to confirm the exclusion of your cancellation right:
We hereby inform you that with a booking at TimeForTalking
i) you have expressly agreed that we are permitted to provide you access to your purchase
before the end of the usual cancellation period and
ii) you acknowledged in the booking procedure that you will fully lose your right to cancel,
once we sent the access details of your purchase to you by email.

I.e. you agree, that we are permitted to provide you access to your purchase before the end of 14 days
and that you are aware that once we sent that email with access details of your purchase, your right to cancel is lost.

 

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us
(TimeForTalking Guidance Services, by leaving a message via our live chat option,
with a clear statement (including your full name, email, exact details on what you booked, etc.) about your decision to cancel the contract.

You may use the model cancellation form below, but it is not obligatory.

To mee the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication
concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Model Withdrawal/Cancellation Form (valid from 13th June 2014) If you wish to cancel your purchase contract, and you like to use this model form, then you may copy it (the blue font section below) and send it filled-in to us TimeForTalking Guidance Services, via our live chat option.   - To TimeForTalking Guidance Services, by leaving a message via our live chat option, - I/We (*) herby give notice that I/we (*) cancel my/our (*) contract of sale of the following goods (*) / for the supply of the following service (*) - Description of the booking/service: - Total price of the booking/service: - Ordered on (*) / received on (*) - Name of consumer(s) - Address of consumer(s) - Signature of consumer(s) (only if this form is notified on paper, otherwise filling-in the name will replace the signature for email sending.) - Date (*) Delete as appropriate

 

Effects of cancellations:

If you cancel the purchase contract we will reimburse to you all payments received from you,

* [ including the costs of delivery except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery
other than the least expensive type of standrad delivery offered by us.) ]
* Not applicable for contracts with TimeForTalking Guidance Services, as all our services or purchases are provided by phone, email or online.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than -
c) if there were no goods supplied -
14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction,
unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

In the case of a service contract:
If you requested to begin the performance of services during the cancellation period,
you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been performed until you have communicated us
your cancellation from this contract, in comparison with the full converage of the contract.
