What are your opening hours?

Our virtual offices worldwide are available 24/7.

Because we understand that customers will be needing to be able to get in touch at almost all times,
our offices aren't manned 9 to 5 or anything like that. .
With us you will receive a reply in unbelievable speed, but still with an absolute personal touch. As we do NOT use any AI.

So whatever day you get in touch (weekday, weekend, bank holiday etc.),
no matter what time (daytime, evening, nighttime), you are likely to have a reply soon.

I work full-time, so couldn't have a reading during day time.
When can I have a reading?
Does it have to be during a specific time, say between 9 AM to 5 PM?

All our readings can be booked during a convenient time for you. TFT is absolutely flexible here
and she can offer you a reading during day time, evening as well as nighttime.
And this on weekdays, weekends as well as bank holidays.

I read that instead of using the phone,
readings can also be provided via an encrypted, private, online call.
What does this mean?

For our online calls we mainly use Jitsi Meet.
This has the advantage that the call is end-to-end encrypted & we also use a password for even stronger protection.
As it's open source, data is also not stored, which is a major plus!

Such online call is held from the computer/laptop/phone free of charge, i.e. without any call charges for you.

+ Thus only advantages for you and your appointments. +

In many respects Jitsi meetings are simply private by design.
To begin with, all meeting rooms are ephemeral: they only exist while the meeting is actually taking place.
They get created when in our case TimeForTalking creates the meeting/call, and they are destroyed when the last one leaves.

All audio and video traffic is encrypted on the network (using DTLS-SRTP) & we always choose end-to-end encryption, too.
Call & video data is only live in memory while being routed to other participants in the meeting/call.

As confidentiality in all our readings/consultations is of an utmost importance to us,
we choose this option for you, rather than Zoom or similar.

However if, for whatever reason, on any occasion, Jitsi Meet won't be possible to use,
the online call can also take place via Vsee Messenger.

However for that option Vsee Messenger needs to be installed on your pc or as an app on your phone.
We've used Vsee frequently in the past, but they included some restrictions now, so that the Jitsi Meet is a better option now.

Please be assured, when you book your consultation,
you will receive detailed information on how to proceed to access the call etc.

I feel a phone reading or a reading via an encrypted, private, online call
is too impersonal, what can you suggest?

It is a known fact that psychic readings by phone/or audio only online call
are much more accurate than face-to-face readings.
As during a reading where TFT doesn't see you, there are no 'human/visual' distractions
and she can therefore focus on her psychic gifts much more accurately.
This means that TFT is not receiving any 'human impressions' of the person's expressions,
gestures, facial reactions, outfit, body language etc.

Thus such reading will be better for you, due to the answers being
the real answers to your question/s.

+ And you don't need to see the reader either, as during a reading you need to relax,
concentrate on the questions and their answers only,
rather than focusing on what the reader looks like
or getting distracted by any other visual stimuli.

Remember TimeForTalking is accessing information that you
also have within you already, thus the focus has to lie on your (inner) self.

So only advantages for your reading/consultation:
more accurate, more convenient, cheaper
(as there is never any travelling involved & when choosing
an encrypted, private online call, there won't even be any call charges.)

So having visual stimuli is actually more of a hindering factor for any reading.
And with our web page we have tried to make it as personal as possible, with lots of audios by TFT personnally,
and personal messages from her all through the pages but also through providing you
with her own personal background, so you know a bit more about her, too.

Furthermore, as we are not using any AI in our chats or anywhere else,
you will always only communicate with a real person,
and for your readings always only personally with TimeForTalking herself.

How long is an Angel Oracle card reading by email?

It's between about 7 to 9 A4 pages,
often much more, depending on the angel messages, even up to 13+ pages!

How long is a psychic (card) reading by email?

The duration of the reading is as long as you booked it for
-either 20, 40 or 60 minutes.
It will be the recording of TFT's voice during the reading, emailed as an audio file (MP3).

What is a psychic card (& and Angel Reading) by email via MP3/audio-file?

This is a psychic reading like when using the phone or an encrypted, private, online call, but here it's only TFT's voice that's recorded.
It works like this: TFT does the reading without you being on the line, answering the questions, you supplied beforehand.
She records her spoken live-reading, just this recording isn't interactive.

This psychic reading should be your choice if you do not wish to have a live-talk with TFT during the reading,
i.e. you generally preferring an email reading, so you can read through the reading at your own leisure afterwards.
This MP3/audio-file as well can be listened to at your own leisur again & again.

What divination tools do you use in readings?

The main card deck she uses are the Lenormand cards.
But she also follows her guidance to use other divination tools like:
other card decks (Oracle cards, Angel of Light cards, Archangel Cards, Triangle of Life cards, Water Crystal cards,
but also the pendulum.

Naturally her knowledge and experience of varies psychic, spiritual and overall holistic fields of knowledge
always comes through as well. It is kind of intertwined in her answers at all times.
These holistic areas are for example:

What cards do you use in your psychic card readings?

Depending on the reading TFT uses a variety of different cards.

Usually the main deck are the Lenormand cards, which is a French and very popular cartomacy deck.
They work pretty much like Tarot cards and give answers to specific questions, show the past, present & future and much more.

TFT also gives Angel readings and messages from angels using her intuition and claircognizance as well as
Angel & fairy oracle cards, Angel of light cards, Archangel cards, triangle of life cards and water oracle cards.

I only know Tarot cards, so what are Lenormand Cards?

The Lenormand cards got introduced by Mademoiselle Marie-Anne-Adelaide
(born 27. May 1772, died 25. June 1843 in Paris).
She was a renowed diviner for Napolean and predicted his fall.

The classical Lenormand card deck depicts different scenes and combines symbolism on pictures
with printed on playing card pictures. The 19th century fortune telling deck has been rather popular in card reading circles.

They can be used in tarot card spreads and much more.
The main difference is that there are only 36 cards.

What does 'psychic' mean in your card readings?

'Psychic' means that during a card reading certain impressions through non-rational means are also received and used.
This can be in form of feelings, visions, sensations, sounds. Due to the fact that quite often it's simply
a particular thought. feeling, sensation that comes to you for no apparent reason, one also calls this phenomena 'intuition',
but it's also commonly known as Claircognizance, Clairsentience & Clairaudience.

In our psychic card and Angel readings, TFT receives the answers through the cards as well as through her intuition and claircognizance.
This means that she will be guided to tell you exactly what is important to you and your questions and your situation
- receiving her messages through her thoughts = claircognizance.

What duration is best to choose for my psychic card reading?

Our experience has shown that a 40+ minute reading is needed.

A 20 minute reading is more suitable for only a very brief question. And due to the time limit,
it might be possible that the answers in that reading have to be kept short and/or that not all questions will be covered .

By choosing a longer reading than 40+ minutes more questions can be answered,
or even more aspects of a situation can be looked at.

Therefore choosing a 60 minute reading is the personal recommendation from TFT,
as it can provide a more complete and compact reading experience.

How much time will be needed in a reading?

First of all the following is important:
To keep the booking procedure simple for you, no matter what kind of service/reading you are after,
you just always only need to book a time package for a consultation by phone
or via an encrypted, private, online call or
or for a consulation by email (MP3 voice recording).

Re: psychic readings
Although you choose the length for your reading, please bear the following in mind:

• Remember, for comprehensive as well as ethical consultations 60 mins must be your choice always.

• To benefit from reduced 20 mins taster readings,
  please choose our party bookings and referral booking options.
• Although you choose the length for your reading, please bear the following in mind:
  TFT works extremely fast, however with the huge amount of important information for your questions and situation,
  to cover one topic area/life aspect with about 1 question in an ethical way,
  only by using the cards and only brief angel messages,
  She will require already about 20 minutes, providing you with an ethical reading.
  To cover that same topic/life aspect much deeper and more complete,
  as well as including astrology in the reading, 40 minutes would be much more advisable, or rather at least needed.
• For detailled astrological insights to be included in addition to psychic readings' insights,
  a time package of 60 minutes will be needed.
  This is the case, as TFT never gives an unethical yes/no answer only.
• Please note: Even a general or simple sounding single question,
  usually harbours various more queries and aspects to cover or to look at.
• Though one cannot generalize, as some questions are linked together,
  'very generally' it roughly works like:
  one question in one topic/life area, should be counted for with at least 20 minutes,
  only with cards and a short angel message.
• And yes, of course when giving one worded, yes/no answers to questions,
  once could address several questions in 20 mins,
  but we like to offer you ethical services and so there will never just be yes/no answers alone,
  but more insights for you on that answer, which are essential and extremely beneficial for you;
  and for this more time is simply required.

Re: counselling/talk therapy/psychotherapy
Talk therapy consultations are always 60 minute sessions.
However during the course of a full counselling program, it will also be possible to choose once in a while
to only have a shorter session; simply for a brief chat. Naturally you will not be loosing
the remaining unused minutes when doing this.

What questions to ask in a reading

You can ask any question and TFT will give you the answers of the Universe to all of them,
only exception being asking on the time of someone's death or lottery numbers, which both will not be provided to you

For an Angel Oracle card reading you'll choose one of the following: one question, Future Forecast, Angel Message on 'a' situation,
Angel Message on 'a' person,Message from your Guardian Angel, Abundance/Finances, Life Purpose, Finding Love, Relationship

Generally please bear in mind that a question that is vague and unclear will result in a vague and unclear answer.
Don't ask the same question repeatedly, even if you don't necessarily have liked the initial answer.

A good rule to follow is: to consult a card reading 'again' on a certain issue --wait until some circumstances have changed.

The reason why it's not very advisable to do your own reading, is simply because we effect the outcome of our own reading
with our own vibrations and energies, that get influenced by our subconscious expectation of a certain outcome.
When reading for someone else, we are not attached to the outcome, hence the reading will be accurate.

What do you mean with always providing a 2 for 1 service

How do I know whether a psychic reading or counselling
would be the right choice for my situation?

A psychic reading usually is all about the 'what', 'where', 'when' and 'who' - when answering questions;
i.e. it's providing answers to your questions.

In counselling it's all about the 'how to' - when healing or overcoming something
or when coming to terms with a challenge, past experience etc.;
i.e. it's about finding a solution for a situation in your life, as well as
providing you with support and a helping hand, teaching you self-help etc.

You could also make the following perception:
in a psychic reading it's mainly TFT doing the talking, as she'll be answering your questions.
Counselling and talk therapy/psychotherapy is often more of a conversation,
as there will also be time when TFT will ask you something, about your experiences etc.

However to keep it most simple for you, no matter what you are seeking
you always only always book a time package for a consultation,
either by phone or via an encrypted, private, online call or by email as a MP3 voice recording.
This way you will not have to choose, we do the rest, as your specific questons/situation,
will guide towards what will be needed. It's that simple.

Regarding your offered party bookings,
how can I host a party offering card readings but not have the reader attend the party?

With this option TFT will provide the psychic card readings by phone or via an encrypted, private, online call.
This way being able to use her psychic gifts much more accurately than by seeing the person she is doing the reading for.

As everyone will want to have their individual reading in a private setting, even during a party,
the phone or encrypted, private, online call option works wonderfully, as everyone would be 'taking the phone' or 'going to the computer'
into another room to have their private reading. Afterwards joining the party/friends once again to chat and party.
Telling the other party guests as much or as little about their readings, just as they wish.

Also, it's proven that not everyone is happy to ask certain questions,
when being seen by the other person, face-to-face so to speak, so this option works much better for everyone.

In this way readings are provided in an absolute confidential setting for everyone.

Indeed if you like TFT can also name crystals for positive effects in areas of your question.
But also in connection with angel messages we will give you hints on which crystals to use
to bring certain angelic qualities into your life etc.

How do I book any reading or service?

Most conveniently you can book any reading or service directly in our shop.

By paying on our shop page you will even
receive a £5.00 reduction automatically, i.e. the listed prices in the shop are charged only.

How do I pay for your services?

We operate on a fee for service basis.

Very conveniently and securely via
GoCardLess, Debit & Credit Card & for some purchases also via PayPal, if preferred.

What about refunds and cancellations etc.?

Re: refunds: No, we do not offer refunds.
Payment is always due for the booked time spent and the service provided to you.

Should you have any question or problem with the service you received, please let us know.
However as we also do quality checks for our services provided,
you won't be left alone with your booked service anyway.
Quality checks help us to keep all services at our supreme quality standard at all times.

For a very rare situation: should any client after a booking purchase, not respond to our emails about his/her booking,
and this during the withdrawal period of 14 days (after the payment date) the right to receive a refund for the unused service will expire.
For that rare situation: Should we not even be able to reach the client nor hear from the client (after the purchase),
for the withdrawal period of 14 days, the entitlement to the purchased service will expire in full as well.
Thus should the client contact us after that time, a new paid booking will be required.

Re: cancellations: any appointment time will be officially confirmed by us. Once this has been done the booked
time slot will be yours and not be open to other customers any longer.
We ask all our clients to be on time for their reading at the exact starting time.
By being available by phone or via the encrypted, private, online call, as agreed and confirmed beforehand.

Will it be possible to extend the length of a reading/consultation?

In accordance with TFT's booked schedule this might be possible. Here an example:
You booked a consultation by phone or via an encrypted, private, online call
and at the end of your appointment you would like to have a bit more time.
Ask TimeForTalking in your consultation whether it's possible,
sometimes it might be possible for clients to purchase another consultation time package in the shop straight away.

In such instant TFT will even keep the cards layed out/your astrological charts up etc.,
while you are making your purchase in the shop.
We appreciate your understanding that naturally all of this will only be applicable and possible
for a payment via PayPal.

[With this kind of 'time extension', it would also be possible to only use a further say for example 20 minutes to continue with your reading.
Leaving you with another 40 minutes from your 2nd purchased 60 minute consultation time package
that you can use for another appointment at a later time.
Always keeping it customer easy and friendly for you.]

What about no-shows or being late for a reading/consultation?

Re: being late for a reading: We ask all our clients to be on time for their consultation at the exact starting time.
Should a client be a late-show to his/her appointment, the booked appointment time will not start from the later time,
when the client answers the phone or the encrypted, private, online call is started, but instead
the booked time slot will be the consultation's time slot only. E.g. Showing up 20 mins late to a 60 minute consultation,
will only leave 40 mins for that reading.
Reason being that the time slot will be booked for this particular client only, and TFT will be available for the
consultation awaiting to speak to only this one client, during that time. We appreciate your understanding.

This way it is equally fair to all our clients, as the client having his or her reading after TFT just had a reading with you,
will be wanting to start on time as well. However it 'might' be possible (according to our schedules)
to 'possibly' extend your appointment time
by immediately after, purchasing another consultation time package, and having that reading asap.

Re: no-shows to appointments: Any no-shows, i.e a client not being available during the booked time at all
without informing us at least 24 hours before, will be charged in full for the missed appointment.

Why are there two charges for the readings via MP3 audio file?

Due to the time involved for us to record and prepare the audio file for email & its sending,
an additional fee for this needs to be charged, which is £9.99.

However this fee can be avoided by choosing to have your reading via an encrypted, private, online call,
as you can then record an audio/MP3 file yourself.
But this does require converting the recorded file, into a MP3 file.

This way you will have the recorded reading for you to keep your recording as an audio/MP3 file.
And as we don't need to record and email it to you, you save this extra fee.

How does the £5 price reduction work?

By placing your booking in our shop page, you will receive a £5.00 reduction automatically,
i.e. this means that you are only charged our listed prices (see each page on each service).

For bookings by email or bookings paid not on our shop page,
our regular prices apply, which are the listed prices on the individual web pages plus £5.00.

I noticed that the listed prices show two types of fees
for new and existing clients. What does this mean?

To give new customers the chance to get to know our extreme high quality of our readings & services,
we offer reduced rates for first time buyers. It's like testing us at reduced rates.

This means if you never made a booking here,
the listed reduced rates for new clients apply.

If you made a booking with us before, the listed rates for repeat clients apply.

I noticed that the listed fees say for 40 mins or more hrs often aren't double
the amount of the 20 mins or 1 hr price, but actually less. Why is that?

We keep our fees like this: to offer our service to as many as possible.

So that's why often there is a bit of a price reduction with certain time packages, readings etc.
