Our past lives

After recently clients had me specifically look into their past lives,
I felt called to do the same in my own past lives once again,
and WOW the details one finds out there are really quite mind blowing.
The way how all our lives are still totally intertwined with one another
and not only referring to a recent past life, this can also go quite many years back for example.

But we all experience those glimpses from the past in our lives.
One can notice this already when people use certain phrases repeatedly,
like e.g. someone always saying,
- I am soo out of breath --- as that person died in suffocation once,
or someone saying: - you always have to watch your back --- as the person had been stabbed and killed by someone from the back,
- or when someone has an inexplainable fright towards a certain animal, though the person never met this animal before --- as that kind of animal played a role in the person's/soul's death before and those similar things.

For me it even went a step further, in my quest to find out more about a certain death in a past life, on the day when I looked into that, the relevant topics were mirrored in all the things I watched online. I don't watch TV and always only find the things I want to watch myself online, but all episodes I watched and chose, were indeed fitting to all of the topics, without having known this before myself.

But so it really shows the universal laws in action, like as above, so below and as within so without and like attracts like, just to name 3 applicable ones here.

It's quite amazing what one can find out and how helpful this is then, as it is still fully linked with our current lives and so healing and soul growth can happen with it then as well.

But it also proves the point that our lives are about us ONLY remembering it all.
And with new experiences, it's ONLY about how we think and react to them then.

We - in our current and past lives

We all are here on a soul's evolution and journey, with many visits / lives we go through.

Subsequently our past lives still come into our current lives as well.
We can notice this with for example talents we are simply born with (think of genies like Mozart), but also with explainable fears of some kind (perhaps water, as we might have drowned before), or of cattle or horses (as we might have been trampled before),
of of heights (perhaps we had to jump from a tower or something like that before).

Depending on our current very owns' soul level we will connect more easily with our past life
and have more knowledge of it, too.

Reason why we choose to go into more of an unknowing of our past is so we can always and daily newly choose our paths. But as we are all on a soul's journey we will start out with lives not lived very spiritual at all, with time this will increase though.
The more lives we live, the more spiritual paths will we choose again.

We are from the light and there we will return to at the end as well.
During our physical life experiences we experience everything, going through all sorts of roles and races: female, male, the child, the adult, the victim, the thief, the delinquent, the enlightened, the skilled, the un-skilled, the interested, the stubborn one,
the bad one, the good one, etc.

Children up to the age of about 6-7 also still have very easy access to past lives.
For them the veil closes only after that time. But during this time children can also easily see angels and sometimes the dead, too. It's for us adults to welcome those sightings then.
Unfortunately though adults usually tell those children that this isn't acceptable and so children learn to stop being open for this, which is a pity, as then they will have to re-learn this skill as an adult again.
Also the first 30 years of our life times, if we live that long,
are usually living out the previous life still, either literally or at least the topics in it.

So our past lives are always with us. Our soul, which is our divine Self, keeps all this knowledge anyway and as it's our soul leading us through our lives,
so our past lives' knowledge is never far from us.

Not needing anything...

By realizing who we truly are, it also brings us to the insight,
that we don't need or require anything.

This brings immense freedom, while experiencing this peace within.

When understanding that we have everything within us already, there is no need for anything.
And I am not only referring to material items,
this also means that we don't need to have any fears,
nor any anger, as this stems from fear and so without fear it doesn't exist any longer.

It also means that we don't need people to act and react in certain ways
for us or to make us happy, and this is truly liberating.

Start small with something you don't have and realize that you are ok that you don't have it,
or test it by stopping the use of something in your life, like in your diet for example,

try it, you will be amazed and grasping the full potential of it all, brings you unlimited freedom.

How past life therapy helps us

Many people wonder how past life therapy and soul work can help us,
with some even wondering whether it could even harm us.

Well I don't think that there is danger to take on bad karma through past life therapy
or soul work. Reason being that whatever happend to you in a previous incarnation
happened already, thus your past karma has been accumulated by yourself already.

What life is all about

Especially with the current global challenges we all face on Earth,

You are never alone

In the flow of life we can sometimes forget and lose ourselves.

Sometimes we are alone but even when in company one can feel truly lonely.
When this feeling occurs in company, it's time for you to examine the company, but it's always the time for you to explore your true inner Self a bit more.

Being alone doesn't necessarily mean being lonely, but it's a natural feeling that we experience being lonely at some time in life as well.

When this happens, try to remember the following guidance:
Look up into the sky, if you can see it or look at a photo or go there in your mind only,
focus on the clouds and the endless Universe.
Then, apply the Moses' Code and say to yourself: ' I am that, I am. '
And while viewing the sky, let the meaning of this sentence fill you within.

The more you practice this, when actually looking at the real sky outside, you might even notice some 'signs' from above: a cloud formation, the Sun coming up behind some dark clouds, a bird passing by or looking at you, a leaf getting blown towards you in the wind or you noticing the wind getting caught in a tree nearby.

Either way, all are signs from the Divine, reminding you:
" I am here. You are never alone.
This (challenge, difficulty in your life) will pass, like the clouds.
I am here. As I am that, I am. "

Feel it inside and your loneliness will swiftly leave you, getting replaced with a warm loving feeling inside.

Us - in our lives

We all chose to incarnate into our lives.
We all are here to experience life, with every situation we are in.

Your own evolution

We all are on our very own evolutionary path from A to B so to speak.
For some it takes 100 years, or for some 500 years.
But actually it's more likely a case of 500+ lifetimes within one evolution,
as we are always trying to experience every aspect of every situation.

However more lives does not mean someone is stupid,
but one has to be ready for the next steps.

More show than really caring

It's really annoying to notice how people find it important to show off,
or act in a way that's is more prestigous just to be.

It's like in a conference room where the table in the middle is filled with drinks and cookies.
All just only a show rather than something real behind it.

It's like when people meet for a business meal, only to talk about 5 minutes about anything business related.
One would have been easily able to cover it all in a convenient video conference instead,
which in addition to being more efficient would have also been environmentally friendly.

It's like when companies seem to appear as approachable, as they invite you to contact them.
But if you do this, you either don't get a reply, or only about 1-2 very short ones,
and then it abruptly and without any warning is stopped as quickly as it never started.

This is such a pity as it shows where many people put their importance on in life,
on the show rather than the being of who you really are.
One should always ask oneself how one would want to be treated and than act accordingly,
with this attitude much wouldn't even become a problem.

Our expectation of life

A big secret in life is to understand and realize,
that nothing is happening TO you in life, but everything only always happens FOR you.

Well, some of you might say now, all nicely said
but it only means to accept that ALL is good for you.

Well, I would go one step further even:
Us humans, we tend to have certain expectations of everything,
when those are not met, we are unhappy.
But here comes in that secret of life.

As this also means letting go of our expectations and our own planning.

Find your TRUE soul path and when following that one,
then do trust in the devine and let go of your own controlling and expectations.

As there will always be some aspects in your life, that you didn't even think about.
And even if you didn't plan it that way, there comes in that letting go once again,
which we are meant to realize.

But it is always only our own expectations of life, for a job, a partner, a house etc.
BUT it might actually not be about any of this for your right now AT ALL !!

There are different ways for different people, and yes, some are suppose to focus on the career, or relationships or what have you,
but there are always also aspects within all of this, that you didn't even think about,
SIMPLY because there are not at all within your own expectations,
BUT they might be exactly what your life's focus is suppose to be right now for you.

Realizing this will bring you inner peace and a felling of bliss.

When everything in life happens FOR me,
then the current situation as well.
And if that current situation isn't what you expected, then it's not even about that at all.

Think about that .. :-)

You can either figure all of this out by trial and error so to speak and over time,
however this will include major frustrations and the possibility of you actually
not even getting it.
An easier option is to look at your soul's intentions for this life time.

Are we listening to our soul?

Just recently I had to slow down myself and it made me realize that it's those times in our lifes
where we get forced to stop, think, re-consider, ponder, but most importantly,

Spending thoughts and time on certain topics, being forced to provide yourself with
more quality time with yourself etc.

We should realize the importance of those times and be rather grateful for those moments.
It's where our soul directly communicates with us.

Facing diffult times?

We all will deal with some kind of difficult time during our lives.
May it be a disease, chronic pain, or a difficult time.

Naturally helpful will be healing techniques, relaxation, meditation,
EFT (emotional freedom technique of tapping),
practising the Moses Code, with I am love, health, happiness, I am that I am,
and finding joyful moments daily --- regardless what your circumstances.

But there are three main points that I find are really crucial for us:
first one is to focus on what you can still do, rather than focusing on your limitations.
Yes, there are likely to be quite a few limitations that you experience, but say if your are physically immobile, you might still be able to communicate, so focus on that.
If you can still move around but not communicate too well, stay active.

This way by focusing on the positives in your life rather than the negative,
you can honestly be grateful, too.
And don't get me wrong, yes, of course it's human to moan every now and then,
but make this the rare occassion and not a daily activity for you.

Second, especially when experiencing limitation we tend to draw our attention onto others,
and compare ourselves, with others and with our old un- limited you,
both is not very productive for your situation,
as both will bring you down.

Third, assuming and expecting the past-days is a major fault to make.
It it a bit linked to the 2nd point I just made with us comparing ourselves to our past selves.
But by still assuming and expecting to function like before will only lead you towards disaster and sad feelings.

When we experience a difficult time it's meant to bring our attention to ourselves.
And our very own limitations will help us to explore a much wider empathy and understanding about everyone.

Take an example, when you can do everything you are quite likely to be judgmental,
however when you are faced with sudden limitations,
suddenly you realize that before easy movements, actions, behaviour or whatever,
isn't possible any longer, and this broadens your horizon and you being less judgmental of others subsequently as well.

So be grateful for whatever you are experiencing.
There are reasons for this, that you might not be aware of right now,
but they are there nonetheless.
See the good that comes out of this and spread more light and love towards yourself and others as a result of this.
Following the motto, we are all connected, I am that, I am.

~ How karmic and astrological insights can help and empower our lives ~

With the warmer temperatures definitely having stopped now,
the time of more and more people staying in a bit more has started.

Because of this more people find some quiet moments and start pondering
about life and all. With regards to the latter, I find the following to be very true:

Applying spiritual truths and the Universal laws can sometimes appear to be difficult,
especially when things don't seem to work. However it is important
to understand that there might be various reasons for this.

Firstly, we humans when adapting anything new in our lives,
initially the enthusiasm is always immense. But putting things into a daily
and regular practise, is often described as more tedious. This is because the
initial motivation has faded a bit. Thus a misconception can be detected within all of us.
What might feel like 'having tried for such a long time"
will actually only translate to very few occasions right at the start.

Honesty to ourselves is the key here,
as naturally adapting something new so it becomes our daily routine,
will take a while and will also require some (what might appear as scheduled) practise.

Secondly, doing all you can and still not succeeding might also be caused
by a karmic situation or just a pre-agreed* situation in your life.
(*the pre-agreed refers to our free will by which we all decided before our incarnation what
specific challenges we like to experience during this life)
For example someone might be working on a certain area in their life,
just to find that whatever they do,
it doesn't seem to improve, as they face alot of obstacles.

Facts about karma and astrology are the key here.

By looking at the karma,
healing and appropriate measures can be taken to resolve the karma.
By looking at astrology through transit charts,
the areas of current challenges are shown.
Finding out about those helps us to understand the 'why and the when and the for how long'.

It will also show ways to cope and deal with those challenges.

We all will face obstacles and challenges in life,
but there is no need to struggle with the burden of them.

~ Karma and Past Life Readings ~

Quite often people ask about their challenging relationships with another person/partner/friend/colleague in their readings.
In many cases it becomes clear that both people's souls know each other from a previous life. Making the connection a karmic one.

This fact on its own doesn't necessarily make it an impossible or painful relationship.
However what is true is the fact that the soul decided on and agreed to its life's plans for this incarnation, e.g. interacting with that particular person again. So when meeting in this life, we usually feel a very close bond or connection straight away to this person. Feeling comfortable and at ease around them, being somehow drawn to the other
one for no apparent reason and much more. All of this is our souls remembering one another and nudging us to deal with the planned situation, feelings etc.

A psychic reading can help us now to find out what exactly was the connection in the previous life. In most cases it shows a mirror image of problematic issues in this incarnation with that person.
With knowing exactly why certain things happened before

Why do we incarnate?

We all are coming form the One and we are (part of ) the One.

On the other side, our real home, where we come from and where we go back to
after each incarnation, there is only good, love and positivity.

When we incarnate this conscious knowledge of our home is forgotten.
(Only for very young children, up to the age of about 7 years, this knowledge is still present and less forgotten. That's why there are many cases, where young children suddenly talk about events out of their previous lives, much to the surprise of parents and other adults of course. But even children, after the age of 7, forget this knowledge.)

Our purpose is now to 're-member' who we really are,
where we came from
and consciously and freely decide where we wish to go to.

We choose our life paths with certain learning areas or topics to cover certain aspects of experience in an incarnation. With each and every life experience on our paths we are presented with an option to choose and to be, i.e. who we really are.

In an incarnation we also get the opportunity to experience the good as well as the bad. Which subsequently helps us to actually really experience and live the good, but out of our free will. We decided to incarnate and we decided on our specific life challenges to be experienced in a life. Now as within an incarnation we might not be able to change the circumstances sometimes, but the essential bit is how we react to those circumstances we are faced with, within us.

God, the One, tells us that there are only two emotions: fear and love.
So in everything we do, we have the choice to experience love rather than fear.

We all chose to incarnate into our own individual, current lives.
So let's enjoy our life, realize and experience within us what it's all about
and spread the word, i.e. this knowledge.
As we are all from the One, we are all connected as well.

And whereever we decide to walk in an incarnation, we are never alone.
By re-membering that we are (part of) the One, we can also re-member that
we have the knowledge/answers to all our/lifes' questions within us.

May your current journey in your incarnation be filled with lots of white light
and inspiration for you to re-member and to re-joice.
