~ An amazing and touching story ~

I have heard an amazing, true story:

A family with one small 5 or 6 year old son expected their second child.
All the while the son expressing that he couldn't wait for the child to be born,
as he needed to talk to it urgently. This came quite to the surprise of his parents.

As soon as the baby was born the son kept asking the parents, when he would
have a moment alone with the baby. The parents were quite astounded and
didn't want to leave the baby with him.

Weeks went by and the son kept asking for a moment alone with the baby.
At some point the mother gave in and left her son alone in the room with the baby,
but waited silently outside the door, as she wondered what he wanted to do.

And there she saw her son leaning close over the cot and asking the baby:
"Tell me about God, I am slowly starting to forget already."

What an amazing and touching story to hear, to tell and to remember :-)

~ Vision Boards - part 2 ~

Making a vision board

As in part 1, below, I spoke about you possibly being fed up,
that your vision board doesn't change anything in your life,
today we like to also inform you about how to make your own vision board.

However please note, a vision board on its own, cannot be the answer to everything.
Naturally it's a very creative activity and spending time and creative efforts and feelings
on your dreams, is always wise.

BUT as mentioned below, knowing all about your soul's intention for your incarnation is essential, too, as you 'might have' signed up for exactly NOT getting
what you are putting onto your vision board.

If in doubt, book a consultation and I can tell you your soul's intention
and what type of vision board would and could work for you.

Today, some explainations on how to make your own VISION Board.

You might have already done this, but you might also have not thought of it
or have even forgotten your dreams in the midst of your everyday lives.
So here is a guide for you to make your own Vision or Manifestation Board.
They are really not difficult and do not take up much time,
however, they 'can' be very powerful - for some,
and kind of force you to focus on your life and what you want from it.
Or, from your work…and what you want from that etc..
Or a combination of the two, or ANYTHING you set your dreams to.
The action of forcing this focus can make us examine what is really important in our lives and lessen the focus on what are usually minor irritations.

Vision or manifestation boards can be a powerful (and fun) tool to help your aspirations and goals become more REAL and tangible. The visual imagery allows you to more readily see yourself living your dream, as if it were already reality.

We may think about what we want often,
but it has a far greater impact than vague wishing.
Making a vision board can be a fun and visual way
of keeping your dreams in mind every day.

What is a vision board?

A vision board is a piece of paper or a wall hanging,
or an old re-covered canvas or picture with images on it.
It can be simple and hand drawn or very elaborate.
Most usually consist of magazine images or
website articles/ photos etc cut out and applied in
whatever position on the board makes you feel comfortable/ happy.

The purpose of a vision board is to help bring your dreams and aspirations to life and for you to VISUALIZE and with that FEEL them being true. This is rather essential as you need to actually FEEL the experience of living your vision board now.

What do you want to be doing, have or whatever? Ponder about it.
It is an opportunity to create your dreams on paper as a means of bringing them more tangibly into your life, a 3-D focal point for your meaningful life and vision and means of asking the Universe to provide all of those things for you.

Vision boards can be:

• Fun: a real pleasure to see your future in vivid colour as if it already existed

• Meaningful: keeps you "feeling" your dreams

• Unique: specific and with a clear focus

• Inspiring: helps you believe you can do it

• Powerful visual cues: for your subconscious and conscious mind
to process and work on

However you mind wonder, how to show abstract concepts?
Not all goals need to be literally included on the board. The images and words just REPRESENT what you want
- they serve as a placeholder for your actual items. Our subconscious mind works best with pictures - just like in our dreams at night.
If you want a new house, ok, obviously you include a picture of a house you like.
But if you want more "love" or "confidence" you'll need to be more creative with your pictures.

Simplify the concepts down to tangible images.
Saying you want a "better" relationship is too vague. Be more specific.
Do you want a more affectionate relationship? Show a picture of a couple hugging.
Do you want a more supportive partner? Show a picture of someone lifting someone else up on a chair.
Or maybe you can find a picture of someone who seems to be supporting someone else.
You could even include a picture of someone in your life or from your past who was especially supportive to you.
Any way you do it, the intention of "support" is expressed in your board.

Important with this is always:
pay attention to how you feel. It doesn't matter so much what the picture shows,
it really matters how YOU feel when you look at it. If it gives you a good feeling that is in line with your intention, use it! Even if it makes no logical sense. If one of the images is supposed to represent "success" but every time you look at it your tummy tightens a bit, find another image. This is really important.
Don't force the board down too narrow of a path. If you are too strict in exactly what the image includes, it may not accurately represent your vision.
The FEELING of what you want is far more powerful than the image itself.

Not yet clear on your goals, but ready to do a vision board anyway? Go for it.
There is no reason to wait. If you aren't sure exactly what you want but you do know want more joy in your life, find images that make you feel joyful or that represent joy to you.
Perhaps you fill your board with pictures of fields of yellow flowers, people dancing, or smiling faces. Maybe you haven't been feeling well and feel hazy on your goals but know you want to feel healthier. You can create a vision board full of healthy, active, vibrant people surrounded in colours that make you feel uplifted. The specific images don't really matter, but your emotions and your intentions are the most important part.

Feel free to include pictures of yourself in it, too.
You could use an image of someone doing something that you want to do,
put it on your board and glue a picture of YOUR face over theirs.
It instantly makes that dream seem more real to you,
as you can literally SEE yourself doing it.

Where are good places to get pictures?
Magazines are the easiest and obvious source of colourful material.
If you have a printer, something from the internet?
Vary the types of searches you do so you have enough variety
in topics and pictures to choose from.

If you want more money in your future, get images of ‘bank notes’.

Keeping in line with the concept of manifesting,
we don't need to know all of the exact "how’s" of where this money will come from,
just that the world is full of abundance, we just have to ask for our share.

And manifesting is simply aligning your emotions with your mental goals!

And have fun with it.
Don't worry about doing it "right," (this goes in particular to all Virgo based person ;-),
it's NOT about perfection at all with this.
As long as you know your intentions (and making your vision board 'forces' you to ponder your dreams) and you are clear on your goals, you are fine.

Enjoy the process and create a vision board you love looking at.
The powerful visual reminder of your dreams and goals truly will help you focus on them more — and look forward to making them happen.

~ Children and spirituality ~

People find it often rather difficult to incorporate young children
into the adult spiritual life.

But this doesn't have to be a difficult task.
Children are actuall quite open for this, as remember:
up until about 7 years of age, children have still 100% access
to the other side, and thus spiritual ways, too.

In a way adults can even spiritually grow and learn from their,
even still very young, children.

We are all here on Earth to S E R V E each others' evolution;
and that is really less about
making each other comfortable
but more about helping each other to grow.

The most important thing is: t a l k i n g about spirituality with children.

Tell them from the other side,
from source/God/the all/the divine/heaven/angels/passed on souls etc.
You will be surprised how interested children are in this.
And it will also help your spiritual evolution,
as explaining spiritual topics to someone else,
brings you actually much closer to spirituality
and only when you can explain it to someone else,
have your really internalized it yourself.

Also ask your children about what they feel and see about
passed on souls, angels, God/source etc.
Again you will be quite shocked how much they know and see and feel
on these subjects.

Another helpful tool with children is to establish daily (spiritual) routines,
- like talking to angels, talking to God/source, talking to passed over souls,
- praying (explaining to children, that it has to be a 'gratitude prayer',
- doing EFT tapping with your children
(even before any dramas and traumatas happen),
- let children draw angels, God/source, heaven etc.
(again you'll be surprised, what they actually know and see),
- gratitude mentionings every day before going to bed,
and also:
- reading meaningful tales to them, frequently,
and with that incorporate them into the stories,
ie. ask them questions about it
(again you'll be surprised how wise little minds, even young children, have.

For this it's also important to understand our souls' journeys,
as your child, might be much further (said without judgement)
on their spiritual path, than you. And so you can even learn from them,
as young children often, as they are clearly still able to recall their past lives, might even mention something like:
"You know mom, don't you remember, that in our last life, I was your mother?"

So there are so many things you can do
to incorporate children into your spiritual life,
this short list here, should just give you a jump-start into it, so to speak.

Simply just give it a try,
you'll be astounded what you'll find out through your children as well.

allowing our brains to be lulled into a lazy, neglected, and unaware state.
It is as if we are allowing ourselves to be sculpted by bland and repetitive thoughts and behaviour.

Life need not be like that. We are each blessed with a powerful mind;
but normally people have forgotten or, most likely,
never even knew how, to use it. It is such a waste of our own greatest resource.

One way to start to extricate ourselves from the mindless quicksand
is to gently exercise our minds, using mindfulness and meditation as a way of bringing ourselves
more emphatically into the real world, and start the process of exercising control over our minds and our lives.

Creating a mindfulness meditation is a gentle but powerful exercise.
But how do you go about it?

A Simple Mindfulness Meditation Exercise:
As with any meditation session, you need to get into a relaxed and comfortable position,
eyes closed, and then commence with deep nasal breathing,
focusing your thoughts on the breathing to ease yourself into a meditative state.

Once you feel that you are calmed by your breathing and that your breath is under your rhythmic control,
then you can move on to focusing on your own body, a part at a time.
Focus on your feet, lower legs, thighs, hips, stomach, lungs, shoulders, arms, fingers,
back to arms, shoulders, neck and head.
Then it is time to open your eyes and increase your mindfulness of your surroundings.
To do this, focus on any object in the room;
it does not have to be anything special: a cup on the coffee table, a vase, a plastic flower, anything.
Try to maintain that focus for half a minute, and then move on to any other object.
You can repeat this several times, always maintaining a focus on your own body and your own breathing,
feeling harmony and a relaxed state of mind, with each object on which you focus.

By using this simple mindfulness meditation you are increasing awareness
both of yourself and your surroundings, in a very gentle and easy way.
It can serve as a prelude to some mental task, as well as being part of an ongoing mindfulness exercise
to strengthen and expand the use of your own mind.

The next step would be to change your negative thoughts
with more loving and healing thought patterns.
This will determine your present and future and can even heal ailments.

~ Change your life ---- with breathing ~

This brief quotation from the Dalai Lama reminds me that my experience of life changes as I do.
As I change, I change the way I influence - and am influenced by - my surroundings.

How are you inventing your life today?
How does the way you think affect your actions?
And how might you become more aware of the process?

A centering breath is a place to start.
When you're stressed, in conflict, or otherwise under pressure, do you hold your breath?
Most people do.
When you stop the natural flow of air, you become tense and unbalanced, physically and emotionally.
Your body, mind and spirit are disconnected.
One of the easiest ways to regain your balance is to start breathing again.
Open your throat, relax your body and allow inspiration to take place.

Inspiration–a great word, isn't it?
Your breath is your life energy that connects to inner wisdom, resources and strength.

A good way to practice centering is to notice how often you hold your breath.
The awareness will trigger you to start breathing again. The more you notice,
the less you'll hold your breath, and the more relaxed and centered you'll be. Try it.

~ How to develop your intuition ~

Why the need to develop intuition, you ask?
First and foremost, intuition promotes good communication. It makes you more sensitive to the people around you; it often keeps you from hurting those you love because you are intuitive enough to understand them. Intuition also makes you far more creative than ever. Intuition means releasing more creative juices for any means of expression. Lastly, intuition has a healing power. This healing power is not in the physical sense, but in delving deep into your soul to eradicate some negative energy buried in it.

With that being said, are you ready to develop your intuition?
Here are some ways to unlock this gift:

1. Hypnosis
Oh yes, you can get yourself hypnotized. Hypnosis is not limited to watching a pendulum move back and forth. Perform self-hypnosis or you can avail of hypnotic programs that can strengthen your intuition.

2. Meditation
Meditating means finding peace in yourself. If your mind and heart are cluttered with too many baggage and hurt, you wouldn't be able to quiet down that part of you that could eventually initiate intuition. There are so many ways to meditate: take a yoga class, or just simply practice some breathing that could bring you straight to Zen.

3. Think positive!
A worry-free, fear-free state could do so much to improve your intuitive ability. By staying positive, you attract good energy that would be able to easily recognize imminent feelings and events.

4. Just let go
What does this mean? If you are on the brink of making a huge decision, let go of all the inhibitions and head to a quiet place where you could find out where the letting go has brought you. Sometimes you just have to listen to the voice within you, and that voice wouldn't come out unless you let go.

5. Never expect
After letting go of the inhibitions and all those things that stop you from thinking and feeling clearly, never expect for an answer right away. Never expect that the "hunch" would fall on your lap immediately. Give it a little time then you'd just get surprised that -- wham! -- now you have your answer.

6. Believe in your first impressions
When you see someone for the first time and think that he is a bit too arrogant for your taste, chances are that impression actually holds true. Most of the time, first impressions are brought by intuition. Having said that, as we are all connected, smile at that person to warm his or her heart, by receiving your sent out positive energy :-).

7. Stay happy
All you need to be intuitive is to stay happy! Happiness attracts immense power and such power includes intuition. In tapping your intuition, your motivation must be happiness and contentment. Given that premise, intuition will fall to you easily.

Intuition is helpful, because sometimes it leads you to something that cannot be achieved otherwise. A lot of lives have been saved by intuition alone. Decisions are easier done if armed by this gift. Develop intuition now and reap benefits you have never imagined.

It is now only exactly one more week until Christmas !


Each year during Christmas time, many people find it difficult to get it all done in time,
to have enough time over the holidays to get to see all relatives and friends etc.

In this rushing around until we drop or rushing around to have the 'perfect' Christmas,
we often forget that t i m e is the most valuable gift in life.

Therefor it is essential for you and your life, as well as your well being,
to take time for yourself, no matter how busy your days may be.

-Make sure to daily take time to laugh and play in life.
-Pause and take time to be astounded by the wonders of life,
may it be a petal in a flower, a raindrop, a snowflake, or a ray of sunshine
warming your face or the wind making your face tingle.
-Take time to contemplate about your heart's desires and soul's intentions.
-Make sure to include some time to dream.
When rushing around we often are almost as if in trance, so
-make a conscious effort to take time to stop and breath.
-Last but not least do take time to socialize with your friends and family, to celebrate,
party and just have a good time. Important here is not the perfection of this
meeting but the joy it hopefully brings to everyone being there.

Enjoy every moment in your life,
as that particular moment during this Christmas time will never return.
Time is passing, no matter how you choose to spent it,

~ A special note about the spiritual meaning behind
the date of 11-11-11 ~

The date of 11-11-11, being such a unique number, is going to be
a very special and powerful day.
11-11-11 stands for a very powerful and mystical new beginning,
ushering in a new set of energy.

It has an unique numerological value, by consisting out of three master numbers.
[The individual number 11 is a master number, due to being a double digit.]
Such a master number contains the number 1, representing: new beginnings,
source of energy and by adding 1, it equals 2, representing: balance, truth, soul, inner emotions. Thus combined, the number 11 is all about finding truth through inner contemplation. 11 has an extremely high vibration, so looking at 3x 11
naturally the energetic value increases immensely.

~ Getting in touch with your guardian angel ~

Everyone of us has at least one guardian angel, being at our side through all our life times. Our guardian angel was even right by our sides when we chose this
life's soul plan for this incarnation.

~ A quick-fix for positivity ~

There have been some new findings that when lifting ones arms up into the air,
over the head, we tend to be in more positive spirits
than when having the arms hanging down.

In this study participants' task was to place some objects onto shelves,
with one group having the shelves far up above their heads and the other one having to lean down, as the shelves were closer to the ground.

Then participants had to recall personal anecdotes during these movements.
When reaching up to the higher placed shelves almost only positive stories were recalled,
whereas when shelving further down to the ground, mostly only
negative experiences were recalled.

So for some instant positivity in your life.
Lift your arms up into the air, all the way over your head.

"Our message to you is concerning the topic of
courteousness, gratitude and kindness.

We have noticed more and more that people on earth choose increasingly the path of lower vibration in their lives.
More and more unfriendliness and arrogance are present. People are more egotistical than ever. At the end of this week on Sunday there will be All Hallow's Eve (Halloween).

Apart from the consumer related details of shops offering costumes, pumpkins etc.

is easier to break through.

August message from Eva and the angels:

When I asked the angels what they wanted me to mention this month,
they gave me the following information:

During the current summer time, we tend to think about fitness more often than during any other time of the year. However though it is rather needed and absolutely beneficial for our bodies to follow any kind of sport's routine, it is as important to keep our soul and our spiritual growth fit through some 'exercise'. Positive ways to do that are for example: yoga, meditation, aromatherapy, massages, listening to music etc.

Perhaps you are like many other people, myself included, and you find it difficult to find yet another space of precious time for 'a new activity' in your daily routine. But out of my own experience I can tell you that by forcing yourself to make the time, even if only for a few minutes, one feels the positive effects because of it quite quickly. Naturally it will all depend on how, where and for how long you'll be doing any exercise.

Examples:
-Attending a yoga class might not be possible, but perhaps you can put in a yoga video or dvd, to have your own, private, free yoga session at home.
-Aromatherapy can always be incorporated into our daily lives without any hassle at all.
For this you only require an oil burner. Just add a few drops of aromatherapeutic oil** dilluted with water and have a tea light candle beneath it. The room will fill itself with the scent of the oil, while you can undergo any other activity at the same time. Thus really possible for everyone to try. **There are numerous situations, reasons for using aromatherapeutic oils, like with crystals. For a short selection of some well known oils please click here.
-A massage invigorates and relaxes at the same time. If not possible to book in for a massage, or by getting your partner to give you a massage, why not try out a foot massage yourself. Through the relexology points in our feet, a foot massage, works on the entire body.
-A meditation doesn't have to be a deep meditative state for hours on end. Even just sitting or lying down for a few minutes to relax and to calm ourselves, merely concentrating on our breathing is a rather good start. If needed and interested you can then at a later stage, increase the length or also use chakra stones for an even deeper effect for you and your body/soul.
-Incorporating music into our lives isn't extremely difficult. Again this is something we can listen to while doing something else at the same time. By listening to music the water molecules in our body change. Classical, alternative, new age and easy listening music will have a much more positive effect than for example hard rock or heavy metal.

Perhaps you like to just try out one of the above mentioned ideas.
You will soon realise that any of the above isn't only beneficial for your mental state of mind and your spiritual growth, but will also give you some inner peace, calmness and balance. The more often you try it, the easier it will become for you to naturally build it into your daily routine. Wishing you lots of fun and success with it :-).

June message from Eva and the angels:

It's the world cup fever all around but we shouldn't forget the animals during this time.
I read that the supermarkt chain Sainsbury announced that their selling figures for the vuvuzela horns are soring.
However any animal lover will not support their use nor use or buy them themself.

Animals are very noise sensitive and hearing that sound nearby can really be quite distressing for animals.
I have even heard of people using the vuvuzelas when passing a dog on the street.
Quite shocking I feel, it's like taking your dog to a bonfire night with a fireworks' display, also an absolute no-go.

So no matter how football enthusiastic we get, let's bear the animals in mind, and keep the noise down for them.
Do not take your dog with you to a crowded area filled with football fans.
Also to any animal owner: let's not leave our dogs or cats for example alone during a match, when there is likely to be such fans' noise nearby. Keeping the animal company or organizing a trusting dog sitter, would be a much better option.

The animals are thanking you as well as the angels who wanted me to mention this.

In the current times with extreme natural disasters like the earthquake in Haiti and Chile and the floods in Argentina and floods and landslides in Italy and Madeira, it's rather difficult to keep up a positive attitude towards life and the future.
The increasing amount of aggression that people display in their everyday lives doesn't make this any easier.
I am still rather shocked to see how much human aggression the daily news on the internet and on television show.
Murder and other violence seem to be the predominant factor in most news and this world-wide.

With all of this how can we remain positive and with an optimistic heart and outlook for our future on this planet?

Here now the answer from the angels on this:
"Yes, many shocking news about nature and people are currently predominant in your news. But with those your main focus should be on your own behaviour towards these news. Think about when the news about the earthquake in Haiti came through and many people showed their help world-wide with events, donations and much more.
However with the earthquake in Chile this wasn't so much the case any longer...

Remember, you all have free will.
This free will not only show itself in people choosing or not choosing to follow
a criminal path but also how you react to and behave with and after natural disasters,
especially the ones that might not effect you personally at all.
You can keep a positive mind by always remembering this.
Everything happens under divine protection and at exactly the divine right timing. Nothing in this Universe happens because God made a mistake...

Even if you do not understand the underlying reasons for certain events in the world,
does not mean that there isn't a divine reason and purpose behind it.

And the existing free will for each and every soul also means that no soul has ever not 'chosen' a certain life. Naturally we do understand that some of you will have difficulties to hear this, as this takes away the possibility of blame for someone or something.

We have not left nor forsaken you nor the world.
You can live your free will and despite of the news on a daily basis,
choose to have a positive and loving attitude and help Mother Earth and the people on her. It's really up to you. With white light. "
